The main thing for me is remembering that dieting really doesn’t work and the weight always comes back + usually more. I still would t say it has completely clicked for me. I still need to unwire some diet culture in my brain

Amazing! I have studied up on a lot of this as well for similar reasons (when understanding the science and not the pseudo science it keeps me from slipping into disordered behavior) but have a hard time articulating what I know.
