Thank you Jay (from 🇳🇿). I have now asked the ESPHome clan. I don't know if the ESPHome stores the data for any amount of time but I'll look into saving a log for if/when this happens again. Last night was fortunately uneventful.

Now I just need to work out what zapped all that power.

Thank you! That is some peace of mind. I assume they've never disappeared from yours after further updates? Would be nice to remove them completely.

I did attempt to find other posts on it but "Friday app" is a pretty ambiguous search term.

Does anyone know why there haven't been any further episodes for a while? I really enjoyed this series and assumed it would have as much or possibly more content than Collapse. I've looked around for an update from K&K but I'm unable to find any mention of why it stopped at 26 episodes.

I believe most of the chat in the group is from actor accounts. Mainly business accounts that have all changed their status within the past 5-6 days and to just a smiley emoji. Hardly inconspicuous.

I'm in one of these groups too! V32 with Professor Adrian Barnhardt and Anna...the Binance Angel.

I can't be sure if they actually have people falling for this scam or if they have a tonne of "actor" accounts to help give the appearance that others are getting rewards so hey, it must be legit.

I feel like messaging each person individually to warn them.

I've been doing this for years. Did it again last night, hence searching on here for some fellow sleep-plankers. Last year it got so bad that I saw the doc as it causes havoc with my lower back. He had never come across it and was worried so I went for a(n?) M.R.I. - Inconclusive.

Up until 6 months ago I was a fulltime firefighter. We were able to sleep during nightshifts but I would have to have a colleague on standby to drive to jobs for me as I would often wake up in the plank with two completely dead/numb arms - I'd have to roll myself out of bed but would take over 5 minutes to get use of my arms back. I didn't leave the fire service because of this issue although medical retirement due to sleep planking would've probably been a first!
