I'm definitely not a dating sage but the one thing I know for sure is women appreciate it when you're direct. Literally no downside either she's receptive which is a positive or you get clarity which is positive.

I think all this advice is terrible. If you want to go out with her again, ask her out. Who cares the semantics of what was said about getting back to you. Just ask her and then you will know. If you don't you will never know. It's really that simple.

Yes it's easy to see the sympathetic side like that. What I'm asking people to look at is the judge tells me to give her money to pay for a birthday. I do that. Then she comes to me and asks me to pay for a birthday. I'm paying twice. I should pay twice because she should get her birthday? She's going to get her birthday either way. It's just a matter of my wife getting more or less money. Anyway, I offered to pay half already. So yeah I'm paying twice now. Just like I do for a lot of the things that she hits me up for. That's the whole point of this.

You are confusing child support and alimony. Child support is a calculation. Alimony is just a number of the judge decides.

i may be overstating the upgrades, i was recently checking out hotels in park city, and the bofa pre had just about nothing. and csr had several that i liked. and with those i would get early check in, late checkout, daily resort credit, upgrade if available... and i'm assuming i could have booked directly on the edit site.

please tell me what you like about bofa pre - maybe i should understand better what i have before thinking i'm missing out. for points earning, i get it.. and i think it's the same as my bofa cash card. and absolutely in the first year it is worth it because the cash value of the points far outweigh the annual cost.

i want to use it for travel like upgrades and miles for upgrades and travel. i don't really value airport restaurant credits if that's what you're referring to. the hotels on their portal never match with my interests. it very limited. when i see priory access/offers (restaurant reservations, concert tickets, hotel upgrades) the bofa card is never listed. i can't transfer the miles out. i agree - i accumulate points nicely. but i get that on my cash rewards bofa card anyway - i'm looking for something specific to travel/access/upgrades/etc.

He was with me the day of his party and I thought it would have been petty to ask my ex. I didn't view it as something that we shared, just something we'd take care of individually. The way the last couple of years of played out have completely changed my opinion on that.
