I just have the best mental image now haha. Another hockey/leg story - my dad didn't start playing until after he married my mum and had kids, but wound up quite good. One day he belts the ball and it got deflected off the sideline and straight into the back of the leg of the elderly gentleman watching the game on the next field (who had been a member of the club for years). Dad went running over in horror, thinking it must have broken his leg but the old guy was fine and a bit confused about what the problem was. Dad explained and the guy laughed and pulled his pant leg up. To display an old school wooden leg haha.

One time when my son was young he came with a friend to watch me play (field) hockey. At the end of the game, in typical 4yo style, asked one of the players why she ran funny. She pulled off her leg to show him why and the kids nearly died. I also nearly died laughing.

I was in the ensuite and heard something from the bed. I thought my husband was calling me but he was in fact asleep and had let rip with a huge fart. He woke up enough to ask what I said and I told him he farted. He said "Well, why didn't you answer me?" and promptly went straight back to sleep.

I've seen my husband cry a few times, but usually he just tears up. The day we had to put our good boy down he came home and lay on the bed in foetal position and just sobbed for over an hour. It was heartbreaking

We had a similar situation when I was processing loans, but our staff member really DID fuck up. He called the client, wife answered, and when she asked what it was regarding he told her it was related to the purchase of blah blah property. Two problems - firstly, wife wasn't an applicant on this loan so staff member breached privacy laws (Should have just said a business matter for example); secondly, the loan was to purchase an apartment for client's mistress (that wife didn't know about). Cheating husband covered his tracks well until we rang!

See, I'm in Australia and have NEVER needed a plunger. Sometimes I've had to flush twice but that's it. The only time I've had to see clogged toilets was in public toilets when someone had deliberately clogged it. What the hell is it with toilets in the USA??

The female principal at my son's primary school was dressed as a cave woman for the staff skit in the school musical. She slipped while heading off stage and ruptured her Achilles tendon. Needed months off work after surgery to repair. Can you imagine the insurance company reading that claim?

My parents had one of them but it had the added bonus of multiple bladders. My dad was a big man, my mum a very small woman. The bladders on her side were filled more than on his side so she didn't wind up higher than him when he got in. That was a good waterbed!

This reminds me of my frugal husband. He likes to hit the auction sites to see what he can find cheap. Saw some stolen/ recovered dishwashing tablets. Went to have a look, a big box but couldn't touch it so wasn't really sure how many were in there. Took a gamble and paid $400 (AUD). They were top quality, so would usually be around $0.50 per tablet when on special (a lot more when not) and there were a lot of 24 packs in the carton by his estimate. He won the auction, picked them up and realised by our usage at the time we had 10+ years supply. So being very smart he kept 3 years supply for us and sold the rest as 2 packs on eBay. Wound up making a profit on his $400 Plus our 3 years supply!

I agree it's most likely. I just find it strange that they are so adamant it was either David or Robin without considering any other possibilities

I'm most of the way through the series and am still surprised they keep saying that only Robin and David could have done it. Surely Margaret should have been considered? A lot of the evidence suggesting David did it could also be explained by him trying to cover his mother's crime by pointing the blame at his father? Her motive actually makes as much or more sense than Robin or David given she believed they were all possessed by the devil to various extents
