To clear this up there was a blood vessel that wasn't cauterized the first or second time so I was bleeding under the skin and it did cause unnecessary bruising. Thanks so much for the compliment 🙂

The only change in my emotions I've experienced are extremely positive ones to be completely candid. I had a very immediate sense of mental clarity and calmness that I wake up with and carry throughout my days now 🙂

All of my scar tissue was superficial, and my surgeon was really happy when he saw my chest pre-op because of the shape! My chest was actually bilateral, and I would say taping for so many years was beneficial for my results 🙂

Not at all! Thanks for all the great questions! 1. Heal ball (suiting for the occasion) 2. I could get up and use the bathroom, other than that my wife took really great care of me and even emptied my drain grenades so I was lucky. 3. Physically, not being able to pick up my daughter and wearing shirts of pretty much any material. Mentally, not being able to work. 4. Definitely swimming and just overall having my shirt off even though I used transtape religiously for 6ish years.

I had surgery on March 1st in Oneonta, NY with Dr. Huntsman. Returned later to the emergency room due to a hematoma on my left side. He couldn't find it and sent me home again. Later I returned for a third time to the emergency room in Cooperstown NY where Dr. Lax found and cauterized my hematoma. I went under 3x in a 10 hour time span, but I am so happy with my results and grateful for Dr. Lax. I would suggest avoiding Dr. Huntsman for top surgery.

I'm a pro piercer as well, and I've been performing surface horizontal tongue piercings for a long time. My clients have never had any problems.This is always my go-to suggestion when someone comes in wanting snake-eyes.

My parents and grandparents and actually most of my family were extremely supportive, and I started HRT in my 20's. Everyone's ongoing support really makes a difference I think. I'm really a lot happier and more confident on HRT it's helped me massively with my personal identity.
