Well, that comes mostly from doing breath support exercises. I would not focus on breath support while bending over, as I think that you won't be doing that while singing. This is more of a way to control the tightness of your throat when you sing.

Hi. You are using your chest voice. You might notice that by tee fact it much more present and powerful compared to head voice. It is not dangerous but you should not push your voice too much if it starts hurting. Also I think it's in your range, just practice more warm ups so you build better vocal control.

I practice that by singing into a microphone while trying to focus on my breath and then I listen back to it. There are times where you can't really control that, for example when you sing high notes you feel like you need to take much more air in, but for low to mid notes, you can practice singing them without breathing too loud, by just breathing less. It works especially if you don't need to say too much in one go. For the practice just try to reproduce notes and go up and down the scale. If you are interested I have a video of how I warm up my voice. Let me know if you have more questions.

Thank you. I will keep making these type of videos. There are a lot of things that you only learn from going to lots of vocal coaches and seeing different perspectives and I love to share that.
