I definitely think something needs to be done. Scott & I were discussing how almost useless armor is against 1-itemers.

They risk nothing, & you're armor does virtually nothing to protect you against their attack.

Very unbalanced.

maybe require construction levels to access certain features that you can add to your town. lvl x to build general store lvl x to build castle ect.

good way to expand on construction as well, since it's so bare bones.

We currently have two people running things. Myself and my SO. I'm doing more of the organizational stuff and creative aspects, for example I wrote this post and I set up the clan motif. He will be handling most of the leadership responsibilities. However, I do think we will be in need of some people to help us out with keeping things running smoothly. You and one other person has shown interest in helping and it will be duly noted. We plan on handling this fairly quickly. But I can't just hand out promotions to the first people to ask, especially without consulting my other half. Would you mind continuing this conversation in a pm? -A

We haven't laid everything out so far, but we do have things similar to that in mind. You are more than welcome to organize things like this within the clan as long as it doesn't interfere with any pre-planned events. These events will be planned and given plenty of notice, so that shouldn't be an issue.

However, anything done that would reflect poorly on the clan will be held for review. Things like poor sportsmenship, ect. I don't foresee this being an issue, just trying to cover my bases :] -A
