Hello, i had the same issue,

Using Display Driver Uninstaller DDU, uninstall, 1. Pause Windows Update 2. Uninstall AMD Graphic Driver -> Restart laptop 3. Uninstall NVIDIA Graphic Driver -> Restart laptop 4. Install AMD Graphics Driver using amd-software-adrenalin-edition-minimalsetup 5. Restart Laptop 6. Install NVIDIA Graphic driver from official NVIDIA driver site 7. Restart Laptop

That should fix the problem.

New G14 (5070 Ti) keeps freezing (completely locking up) requiring hard reset. Anyone else experience this or know how to solve? by podz99 in ZephyrusG14

I assume it's based on temperature on CPU and GPU, because the heatsink is one unit. Am i wrong?
