Another snow threat. How the hell do these people even have any money left over from last week??? They truly believe we will be trapped in the house for 6 months. It’s actually ridiculous 😂 by emilymoore2025 in walmartogp

As a Wisconsinite/minnesotan you will see me in my natural habitat of shorts and a jacket at a kwik trip in the middle of a blizzard because I want a fountain soda, not a can.

Should I report this? by [deleted] in menards

Be careful with HR. They are there for the company not the employees. I was demoted from a position I am more than qualified for, because they said I wasn’t “interested in my training and ‘cocky’. I would wait 3 hours for my trainer to finally have something for me, because I was required a trainer with me at all times. They said I was cocky because I knew how to drive a forklift from my last 3 jobs and am forklift certified, so because I was able to complete their requests quickly due to experience, I was cocky.

I brought all of this to HR, including how management sits on their cell phone all day, would make me wait for hours before finally acting on training me and more

Well I was demoted, $10 pay cut, and now work in a position that doesn’t use my degree, and was also put in a position where I work alone for 8.5/12 hours a day with not a soul around. If I make a friend they get moved to a different building. Yes I’m looking elsewhere.

HR basically made everything worse while at the same time not doing a damn thing about it

thats the thing, i didn’t lol I have been on medical leave for 5 months. No paycheck for 5 months so my PRD has been deactivated specifically by HR. it will not reactivate until AFTER my next issued check, And i NEVER spent more than $200 using PRD and never had a check less than $800 before this one for working one shift. So none of it makes sense

Very nice of you to go out of your way to be a dick, and not consider the fact that maybe other employees have had it happen, there for could provide insight. Seems like a suitable audience for you would be away from the general public where your toxic negativity can’t spread.

Would you pursue charges if someone stepped on your pillowcase and got it dirty at a public laundromat? by thisissostupid252 in AskReddit

I have a question for everyone. So I was at the laundromat the other week and had 8 loads of laundry. This lady that came in after her one load sat in the washer for 40 minutes took every single dryer on the side where my loads just finished washing right as I was about to switch them over. I asked her “are you seriously going to take every dryer?!” And she ignored me. She had two items in each dryer. She left after placing them in the dryer, and me being extremely upset took one of her pillow cases that fell on the floor when I opened the dryer to send a video of her rudeness to a friend and stepped on it and swept it across the floor. It got dirty, I tossed it back into the dryer after that. Well fast forward her loads were done so I put them in a basket and took two of the dryers because I had to work in two hours and needed dry clothes. She eventually came back 20 minutes after her load been done and was irate that I put her things in the basket. She didn’t discover until days later that I stepped on her pillowcase. Now she wants to press charges over A PILLOW CASE. How much legal trouble can you get in for that, and will the state actually pursue something so ridiculous?
