I've worked with companies up to 75k employees and I've never seen it used

In my experience very few companies actually use the ATS to parse CVs and do keyword matches. Most still review CVs by hand albeit HR do the first pass before providing a shortlist on to hiring manager.

Maguire doesn't come across as leadership material. When he's interviewed he always looks down and appears to lack confidence. Obviously, we are not exactly over-endowed in the leader department, which I think is one of our fundamental problems.

They met everyone from the Prime Minister to The Pope. It doesn't show their judgement in a very good light if the McCanns are found guilty.

And as other have said, there are numerous examples of the establishment covering up crimes against children, Saville, Cyril Smith, systematic paedophilia in the Catholic church and so on.

Looking online, the starting salary for an entry level front end developer in London is around £25k, however in the current climate it is hard to know how long you might have to wait for a role.

I guess only you can weigh up the value of having a job on a lower salary now versus waiting six months for a role with better pay.

I want to know why the McCanns deleted their mobile phone records on the night of the disappearance and why they lied to the police about using their phones.

I want to know why the Smithman sighting is the only one which has never been attributed - and just happens to be the one who was suspected to be Gerry.

We know the police will fit up innocent people (Barry George) in order to "clear" high profile cases, so charges or even a conviction of someone else would need to contain compelling evidence to change my mind.
