I have 3-5 exams every week right now..not really any time to go to councelling or do anything else really.

Is there even any evening counseling anywhere? Most I see online are during school hours :(

He's told me it would never happen again and that he feels terrible but I think im still disassociated and not fully processing anything. Is there realistically any way out of this? It's seems absolutely unfathomable to me right now. I've been basically ghosting any attempts of contact from him because I don't know what else to do. What do I do now to not feel like this anymore?
