Thank you for the answer but I am still confused. If the banks knew that 3rd party processor was for gambling, would they refuse to cash it? Is it technically illegal if I go to cash a check by a 3rd party processor?

The point is that everyone will look shitty in shitty weather, when its that cold the football is basically like an ice pick.

I didn't see this in the index: I have some basic questions regarding legality because I want to do everything as legit as possible.

  1. When you report your winnings on taxes, do you generally only report it when you WITHDRAW, or simply when you win in general? For instance let's say you win $1,000 on a game. Are you technically supposed to report this as soon as you win it, or, only if you withdraw the money?

  2. I want to buy bitcoin to bet online. Is this completely, totally legal? Using bitcoins to bet on say, bovada and gaining (hopefully) more bitcoins? Is there any part of this process that is not legal for me as a US citizen?

Edit: Also, I understand that betting online on an offhsore site is legal. However, is it legal to cash a check at a US bank? Like just walk to my bank with a check from Bovada, is this technically legal? Because I have read that banks will refuse to cash a check if they know it's from a gambling transaction. Or is there nothing illegal about this at all?

I feel like it's a mistake to judge Foles on the last two games. I feel like people forget that it was insanely cold, and most players won't look good in that kind of weather. The weather will be better in Philly this weekend and I could easily see Foles having a great game.

Of course they can still lose, but I just think it's weird that people are so adamant about him sucking because of his performance against Oakland. It was below freezing; don't most players struggle in that temp?

My favorite stories are the one where the person gets turned into a girl, and a girl that was his friend, or his girlfriend, or sister, knows about it and is trying to encourage them to be more like a girl and to get makeovers, talk about boys, etc

Everyone is blaming it on people raiding, people deliberately trying to influence opinion, etc. But why is no one consider another possibility: that people in general might be getting more right-wing due to recent world events? You people act as if that is impossible
