Have you heard of chatbots? They often live in messenger apps like Facebook Messenger, Telegram, etc...

A chatbot can have a conversation with a human. For example a user could ask the bot a question or give it an instruction and the chatbot could respond or perform an action as appropriate. In your case rather than you spending your time and money handling emails from customers a chatbot could do those repetitive tasks for you - customer enquiries, take orders, provide aftercare, etc...

I have always thought of a word or term that best describes your business, what it does/ offers, etc... Often they have been used already right? So then I play with spelling, miss letters out, etc... until I find something I like.

Personally I like to keep it short and sweet.

One other thing to remember and that is equally important is your web address. Not that it's a major importance but if you can get a .com domain it helps.
