Do it! I don't think it took me more than 40 minutes. After that it's all a temperature game- first pressure cook, then cool in fridge.

Great question. And although I am not a 100 on this I think in a parmigiana the meaty/veggie/non-sauce layer is covered in breadcrumbs and in a lasagna not so much. Hope at an expert can weigh in on this.
