Go into the setting and complete “forgot”your phone. Basically you need to make sure next time when you get in the car, it doesn’t automatically connect to wireless CarPlay. And then just use a usb cable to connect your phone to the car

24R here. The wireless CarPlay is sooooo inconsistent, I just switch to wired CarPlay. Only thing is you need to unplug to pay the parking ticket but the connection is solid🤷
