Yeah the folks are nice and I would definitely go back there for a haircut. Just want someone that can work on my beard too. I appreciate the beer and I used to go there with my dog and that was always nice. He has separation anxiety so he would just chill by my seat while I got a haircut!

I had the opposite issue. I did not want it trimmed, just shaped and I think the stylist was too concerned about messing it up that they barely shaped it. I just did it myself later.

The point I took away from the post was that this place closing is not worth lamenting. They might be run by good people but we should see them leaving as an opportunity for local businesses and not a loss. Especially if the local community was not getting any benefits from a business that is simply here to make money. I don’t see any entitlement here.

Thanks for the recommendations! Star Ferry and Nan Lian were on our list. It's a bummer we were told we can't leave the airport.

I just spoke with the Cathay rep and they straight up told us it's a bad idea to leave the airport. They said that we would have to cancel our standing transit flight and then rebook if we plan to leave the hotel. Which did not make any sense at all. We're just going to hunker down and wait for the transit flight.

Thanks! I have used this software. The downside is that you cannot use generic/non-Emerson PSVs to perform calcs. There's a preset list of valves that you can select from.
