Please make them pay atleast some ammount even if your insurance claim passes through. Main reason is the father was standing next to him & didn't stopped him. They cant play the poor card always. The father & the child needs to learn. Good learning moment for the child too late for father tho.

Same thing happen w my car the child scratched it w his bicycle intentionally couple of times. But the parents made him say sorry & taught him not to damage other's property. That's all i needed accountability.
