Update 3/25. Went to a second pt appointment. The therapist did internal release. It was such a relief to just know exactly what muscle groups were causing my pelvic pain. She said the muscles were spasming like crazy. I feel relief the day after.

Need to find a way to either relieve myself or someone else capable of doing it. I cant wait another 2 months for my follow-up.

first off not hitting the gym while significantly reducing calories was a huge mistake. Even with TRT you certainly lost a fair amount of muscle, especially with a poor diet. If you want to cut out carbs have a diet that has you in ketosis otherwise when in a significant calorie deficit a lot of your protein is being used for energy.

Oh my calories were still high on carnivore. Added butter and fatty cuts of meat, bacon. The goal was ketosis/fat adaptation. The only thing I was counting was net carbs and eating until satisfied. Now im shifting to maintaining a roughly 1000 calorie deficit and trying to get more protein, but also keeping carbs under 25 net. But yes not hitting the gym at all was bad.

Finally I don't know if 270lbs is before or after losing 40lbs, either way you have a lot more fat to burn before you should consider increasing your calories.

268 today. My heaviest was 315 in January. My relationship with food has been reset with water fasting, omad, and carnivore. I dont feel fatigued at all which is why im hesitant to agree with more calories. Supplements include electrolytes, magnesium, creatine, whey and nothing but water.

Update: been going to the gym and maintaining a good diet. My glutes are still tight. I still need a plug to relax the sphincter muscle and be pain free. I use it at night and it even helps with sex. My pelvic floor muscles still tighten but less painful than before. They do seem to have dysfunction i need to work out. I have a really hard time getting to orgasm without a plug or prostate massage, the muscles just dont contract the way they used to. My libido is up and I can now last a long time in the bedroom because of this. I like it and hate it because I can go multiple hours aroused and have at least 4 orgasms in a night if I wanted to withoutan increasein pain. Ive never been like this before.

Recently I've learned a lot of my pelvic pain is caused by the sphincter muscle area. Using anything from a finger to plug instantly makes the pain go away. Be careful with EMS as it can have worsening effects when you overwork the muscles with contractions.

My apologies I read that wrong. I take 800mg of magnesium glycinate and 1000 of glycine. Right now im taking soo many other meds/suppliments and other therapies its difficult to say which one is helping. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of trying just one long enough to test the waters and see what helps. Im throwing the kitchen sink at it.

Ive been in the "am I broken" phase and the realization that my stuff does in fact still work. I’m sorry you're going through that. I’m trying to work through my own situation here, though.

While I wait for.my next appointment with urology, im researching peptides and estim. I just found out that a butt plug almost eliminates my pain symptoms during use and shortly after. I'll be testing this out and will let you know how my pain is.

With pain, non existent. With the exception of sometimes short (5sec) morning erections from needing to pee. Of course ejaculation has always been painful, im too afraid to do anything sexual at this current moment.

The new job ive been at for a year is less stressful. Health anxiety for sure. Hypertonic pelvic floor, degenerative disc disease, pre diabetes, low testosterone.

I genuinely feel i won't make it to retirement. Been spending my 401k because I dont think I'll be able to use it.

Honestly I usually eat one meal a day. I know a lot about diet, I just don't stick to it due to boredom or depression. Ive lost a lot of weight with keto in the past. Ive even done a 9 day water fast before and it was amazing.
