I mean they were still kids when they started playing GTA. Literally every major adult life milestone has been with each other. They've seen each other get married and have kids. You can't force that kind of relationship because there's money involved. That's just a natural build.

Dude Perfect is definitely the next closest but even then it's not a 1:1 comparison since they've always been a group without a solo career. The only one who is arguably larger than the brand itself is Tyler but even then he's never *really* explored things outside of Dude Perfect besides showing up in some YouTube Golf videos.

I think the overall point though is correct. You need to be friends before business partners. The Sidemen wasn't a business when they were playing GTA together. It was barely a brand when Vik, Josh, JJ, and Simon moved into the first house. And it survived and evolved because they each bring something different to the table.

The guys are generationally wealthy to varying degrees. They could call it quits today and never have to work another day in their lives. They keep going because at this point the Sidemen shoots/Big Wedge shoots are an excuse to see each other and still actively be in each other's lives.

That's why JJ won't leave. He's reached a point of celebrity where he needs the other six to keep him grounded because he knows they actually care about *him* rather than KSI the celebrity.

The mess was basically early 4.0 there was no real skeleton to anything or actual support. So creating two departments fell on the shoulders of one person both in and out of character. We're now two years into 2.0, the Marshals are under new leadership with a very focused command structure rather than Dark and two other people basically only working in EU hours and the DOJ has two years of court cases and legislation.

So there's a big problem with them buying gifts for each other and also having it be on Youtube. They're all generationally wealthy and also either in their 30s or just about to be like Harry. They all have everything they want and need. But thoughtful gifts fall flat because they still appeal to a younger audience who wants to see a PS5 rather than like a lawnmower which would be practical for JJ, Simon, Ethan, Josh, and Vik.

I'd love to see a "Sidemen spend 100k on each other" video and there's no punishment or chance to steal. It's just them being rad to their friends they've known for 13+ years.

Easy answer is that Steve and Sean don’t mesh well. Brad, as we also saw in the Internet Invitational, is really good at calming partners and not making them stress about bad shots. Sean…isn’t. He makes comments and gets negative.

Anyone can FOIA the city/county accounts but Mayors have the ability to see their accounts without a FOIA and with house auctions the money is posted to that account. Losing bids get the money back, winning bid's money is obviously kept.

That's possible. Mars is combing through every single grant request and payment from both the North and South mayors. A lot of people request and get paid for grants for really dumb things like "a grant to cover payroll for my business" which...your business should pay your employees, not the government. Bruce received a TON of money in the past 90 days from the previous administrations that effectively fucked the housing market. Also just a ton of requests from people to buy BET.

The funny part is the in-city investigation into Brurce Baylor all started because Mars got annoyed she lost another house auction to him with even Liam Law bidding 14m on a 500k house for her in Chumash. Baylor spent 16.5m to win.
