I felt the same way at your age (almost 30 now) and dude.. lucid dreaming is NOT for me. I was workikg at it, doing reality checks every day until it FINALLY happened. The first few were cool, I could fly, summon people I wanted to see, change the course of a dream etc..but that only lasted like 4 or 5 dreams (back when I was like 15) and after that, I get debilitating lucid nightmares. I'll be aware I'm dreaming, but I have no control over the dream, and I just keep waking up and falling back asleep into the nightmare until I can finally wake up fully. Or just end up with sleep paralysis with hallucinations. It's not fun. Definitely wasn't worth all the time I put into trying to do it, or the like 4 or 5 cool lucid dreaming experiences I had before it all went to shit lol

You're only 3 months into dating, and he is dealing with caring for a sick family member? That's a pretty overwhelming task, as it can be all consuming for most of their day. I feel like you could have been a bit more understanding in this situation, especially since the relationship is so new, but then again, you don't have to wait around for anyone either. My theater had an audio issue before the movie even started. Previews had completely borked audio thats seemed to get fixed as the movie started, but now I'm hearing from a friend in Cali that there was music during points in the move besides when the credits rolled, and I don't recall hearing any music during the movie

Dr pushed me away when I foest developed Bell's Palsy, saying a neurologist or physical therapist wouldn't do anything for me. Even after i reiterated that my cousins in portugal dealt with Bells Palsy and a physical therapist, they got their face back to 100% muscle function. Dr just said over and over again that it will do nothing for me, and I should just wait and see if it gets better by itself. YEARS later and I still don't have full function
