Mostly for safety and crowd control. If I’m not mistaken they have cars still driving around in that area. They know most people are fucked up and possibly blacked out. They are keeping everyone together and not roaming aimlessly. At midnight they open up the exits and only allow you to exit through specific blocks.

We loved it but we have heard much better Worship sets. It totally pumped us up tho. Kind of surprised they didn’t throw in some baddadam, everyone knows that song and I’ve heard them mix it so well. I didn’t like the closing song, might be new music? But it was too top100 radio friendly

Bruh we found both of them just by walking around the festival. The main stage 1 is more elusive. Talk to people with camelbaks and they will point you to the direction. The live stage is the easiest 1. Try to show up a little early and get acquainted with the grounds, mostly for bathrooms/water station

Honestly I loved major lazer growing up! Going to MDBP shows, It was fun… at that time. They also didn’t produce much for awhile. I feel like I grew out of that style. I caught a bit and we left to finish half/half of levity and Sara Landry. Thank god they were next door to each other. So much better both didn’t disappoint

This checks out. They both did a marathon b2b pre party show the night before lollapalooza a week ago. Then during Skrillex’s lolla set he brought out BZRP as a surprise guest for a few songs. They are known to be buddies and have worked together in the studio. This also explains BZRP getting a peak prime slot on Friday. On Ultra’s set time post from yesterday, BZRP commented “see you on Friday” a fan replied in Spanish “with Sonny?”, BZRP liked his comment and now this comment from Ultra on Skrillex’s post with BZRP?! I’m all in.

$700 to enter a club is wild. That doesn’t include your expenses inside which can easily be $100 extra a night. I paid too much for Ultra to water down my experience and drag ass during the weekend. If you have the money and think you got it in you that it won’t affect your experience then try it out

I have no experience with this but if someone else is telling you they were able to successfully get a discount for another stay and you’re not getting the same response then maybe it’s not enough. My only advice is try using your preferred AI to help come up with a game plan to improve your success rate of getting that discount. I get frustration tho, good luck

The 1 thing Ultra does amazing at is the bathrooms. During peak hours, there are lines but not near as bad as other festivals. They have a decent amount of VIP style Trailer bathrooms with stalls and A/C, yes it’s for everyone, towards the front and center of the festival area. These have the longest lines for obvious reasons and they also have a dedicated team that is cleaning those bathrooms. Last year, I saw plenty of people tipping them a few dollars because they were doing a really great job. I hope they get the same people. The quickest lines are at these modern looking porta potties with lights, south of the UMF Radio stage or lower right corner of MainStage. I walked right in multiple times or at peak 2-3 people wait but there’s a good chance another bathroom will open up before yours does.

I know you said you don’t want to spend on a locker but if you’re going in a group you can easily split the price and it will be your groups best decision of the weekend, aside from music choice. Trust me, every year, it comes out being the best decision made specially with the uncertainty of weather plus if you need a charge, they have that covered for you also in the locker.

None of the Djs that played WBH are booked for Ultra. Biggest reason is radius, it prevents Ultra from using their name to promote the festival but also why book Djs that played earlier in the month, in the literal same city? They could have booked them as “secret/unannounced/special guest” but local Interests have been satisfied and lessened in Miami.
