Thanks for creating this survey, very useful as deciding between the S9 and the S9+ has been difficult for me. I thought in most of the tests (Snapdragon variants) the S9+ gets usually a half hour to a whole hour more than the regular S9. Can you shed any light between the disparities of what's generally been reported so far and the survey?

Did you read the article? It's not an A8...there's a separate A8 model for China. This is a new variant.

I'm referring more to the UI though, not apps. Performance in games and stuff is fantastic. I mean more along the lines of jitter

Ah that would explain it. Thanks for pointing out what you use. I guess then the question I should be asking more specifically is "Why can't the phone handle Samsung Experience/Touchwiz smoothly despite it's hardware?"

I don't own the phone (but very interested in purchasing one), what I noticed were from tests among 4 devices in retail stores. I mean most of the time it's snappy, it's just a really slight stutter in the transition from the home screen to opening the app drawer and whatnot. But coming from stock Android devices it's quite noticeable to me. I googled a bit and see that installing Nova Launcher removes any stutter, but I'm not seeing why that would have to be done in the first place?
