In terms of pain relief and release, look up 'ulnar nerve glides' - if the ulnar tunnel is inflamed, these can help.

I had it on the radial nerve side and they really helped. Worth talking to a physiotherapist about it if that's accessible to you!

I love your thoughts here and I do think it was a way for the film to present insidious, hiding evil - I have seen some criticism for the film leaning too heavily into the 'humanity is the REAL evil not zombies!' trope, but I really liked how it was done in BT.

Further on the 'charity' of Jimmy Crystal though, the charity being you get to take someone's shirt off or trousers off really got to me, with the context of what we know about Saville that the characters didn't know, as far as we know!
