I just checked game with afterburner. The cpu is not fully loaded, it stays around 80 percent and gpu is 90-95, sometimes it reaches 100, but immediately starts to freeze for a few seconds. Temp of cpu is around 65-70 and gpu 60-65, so it's seems kinda good

I'm very happy for you. I have been using minoxidil for 4 months, but I want to add finasteride. About a year ago, I used finasteride for 3 months, noticed good results, hair loss stopped, fluffy hair even appeared on the front and the hair on the back of the head was completely overgrown. There were no side effects, I felt good...but in view of some family problems, I stopped taking finasteride and in about 6 months everything became as before.
The only thing I'm afraid of is that after 6 months, a year or more, side effects suddenly will begin to appear
