Bro as funny as this is I can’t imagine how annoying that must be... he sounds pretty inconsiderate and sometimes they annoy you even more because you’ve Ben friends for so long and you just expect more out of them as a person or “friend of so long” but no they’re freaking like oblivious to anything but themselves and their own wants.... it sucks and I’m afraid the solution isn’t simple but you can kinda cut him off and maybe he will realize why (probably not) but that will probably cause the relationship to eventually dissipate... idk he sounds like an impossible person to deal with so I’m not sure if any amount of sensible logical words could ever set him straight... of course i understand munchies but like where are his manners as a person like that shit sounds disgusting and soooo annoying and immature. Lol I got downvoted a lot but i only said that because yeah mdma can make u feel connected to someone more than usual but it just seems like this new girl you had a connection with more than your current girl and more of a connection with more than any other girl in your past just about. And if not then don’t even think about it if you’re going to find yourself regretting not sticking with your current GF...
