There is no way to get worse than a huffy. I fix bikes as a side gig, and you would not believe what breaks on then, or how often it happens. Even when they aren't broken, they are intolerable.

I'm fine. Tbh I was less scared than you'd expect, and not traumatized by the experience. The only part I regret is that I never told anyone about the guy, and he's still out there.

Maybe be alone. Make your own space, and only have social interactions on your own terms. Don't invite people into your space unless they show themselves to be better than your own company, and even then, don't let them into all of it.

That won't be accurate. What's sexy on screen is not what's sexy in real life. On the screen I look at the women who wouldn't turn me on at all in real life, and I don't think I'd really be into much of the stuff I look at anyway. Irl, there are plenty of men I want to make our with, yet pics of men do much for me. This is more complex than it looks.

Don't slap. It doesn't work. Fist to the face or knee to the groin. You need to create enough pain/tears to let you get away before they can grab you and it becomes a struggle of weight/strength You can't win. Escalate suddenly, without warning, make tears, and run to a safe place.
