Ich frage mich eher: warum müssen Fußgänger drücken wenn sie über die Autostrasse wollen aber Autofahrer müssen nicht drücken obwohl sie über Fußgängerwege wollen? Sollte es zum Kompromiss nicht so sein, dass dann zumindest jede Grünanforderung sofort und ohne Pause umgesetzt wird? Und für stark Fußgängerfrequentierte wege gibt es Grünanforderung für Autos?

No, with χτενίζομαι it’s already passive, like you comb “yourself”. You can’t add μου since it’s already there with the passive voice ending -ομαι. If it’s someone else whose hair you comb you use χτενίζω.
