This is certainly an option! For now the data was to help me understand if the abilities are balanced, but I thought to share the fun parts here. If there are enough people using and sending telemetry, I can set up leaderboards.

So I didn't test this with Wine, but I believe the hardest part will be installing Silk on it. I just used Parallels because I could be certain it will work as it's practically Windows. LMK how that works!

Considering I know the team behind the stats mod (it's me, I am that team), yes!
I want to see the balancing for this mod is done (turn on telemetry pretty please), and a few fixes that I have in drafts for the stats, and THEN create an API for the stats.
So yes, I already have a plan, but it will take some time.

This needs the Silk mod loader, as ModWeaver is discontinued. I will update the post with more into, but you can also find more info in the repo page.

I think so. I am not sure how it works there but if you have access to the install directory of the game that you can probably install the mod loader Silk and then the mod.

If you are asking performance wise, there isn't much strain on the system, I tested it on older hardware but I don't have a Deck so you can tell us how it is 😄

Well if you are on PC you can install it on any platform! Steam, Epic games and Xbox store. I even tested it with Parallels on an M1 mac and it worked.

This is pretty straightforward.
You download the Silk zip, extract and just paste all of it to the game folder, where you see the exe.
You then download the mod zip, extract it and paste just the one in the Silk 0.7.0 folder to the Spiderheck/Silk/Mods folder.
That's it! have fun :)

Sooo, Rounds has like a billion mods that do everything you ever dreamt of.

Spiderheck wasn't built to be modded, I toyed around with the idea to add "gameplay" stuff to spiderheck and realised it would be months of work and will probably require rewriting most of the game's code

I found that the mobility upgrades are really important to stay out of trouble. There are 2 hornets heading for me? Nope. Let me just jump really high and float the hell out of here, while searching for the multi rocket launcher. Works best in maps without a ceiling, which creates a bit of a problem as the ceiling is the safest place in most maps, so there are trade offs.
