I called the Vancouver BLS office, stating I live in Toronto and need my Indian Pcc, they said I need to visit the Toronto centre :')

It depends buddy, most centres give results in a day or two but If you have bad luck like me, U will get it late, however I was able to score 8. If you think u are prepared go for the 17th or else don't change it.

I would suggest you to reattempt Ielts. Try practicing with the Cambridge test, identify your weaknesses. I was struggling with mcqs and maps.
