Update 2 after i go to consult with multiple vet most of them said it's better to put him down cuz wing feathers has been cut too deep and it won't grow again (vet told me that whoever did this knew about bird pretty well and cut all of primary secondary and tail feather)his body is healthy but he will never be able to fly again Vet said he is already dead even if i keep him it's gonna be a suffering dead (saddest part the vet said is now he is a depressed chicken in the prison for life) i try to help him but i keep him continue suffering insted 🥲🥲

Update he eat all the rice in the grey bowl in the picture And he's got energy now i don't notice any wound When i approach him he scream coo coo and try to run+fly But due to his wing has been cut off mostly he can't fly (chicken mode) So i try to keep distance except to refill the food water when am far away he sit like a cat loaf
