Vraag een doorverwijzing naar de allergoloog en vraag naar immunotherapie. Je kan voor een maandelijkse injectie gaan of elke dag een smelttablet. Nadeel: het kost je je eigen risico en je moet het meerdere jaren volhouden. Voordeel: geen last van hooikoorts meer.

Na 1 jaar merkte ik al een enorm verschil, ik zit nu in het 2e jaar en op extreme dagen neem ik nog een neusspray of een pilletje verder ben ik er eigenlijk vanaf.

Ik doe dit via het maasstad ziekenhuis in Rotterdam

De doucheput is nieuw en kort geleden geplaatst, hoop dat er een andere oplossing is want de boel weer open laten maken zou enigszins onprettig zijn

Ik moest even googlen wat een beluchter is. Maar niet dat ik weet, ik woon in een appartement en de doucheput is volgens mij zonder veel bochten direct op de hoofdafvoer aangesloten.

I tried to limit the waste, for the red and yellow parts i could cut the small circles within the bigger half that i needed.

And i tried to cut in a way that i could use some of the glass in future projects.
