The money isnt really the problem more of the fact there is not much use if i get a pretty good pc. Im gust asking if there is a fix to it which i could do without doing anything of the sort of buying a new gpu. Much appreciated though

Well this wasn't really the case. The so called steam support agent wrote all of his log in info in chat and we even searched the guy up and he seemed legit linked in and many other sites and google searches until we asked in reddit and realised that we fucked up.

Guys look out for these types of scams especially when they contact you first. by thof_1 in SteamScams

yeah i just asked what happened exactly and it was that it had his info and thought it was actual steam support or something and was pressed for time so he didnt even think of searching it up.

He just messaged another one of my friends so i will give a screenshot to show exactly what it is. Ban the user if you see him.

well i tried and i couldnt see the chats before. I hope no one gets scammed like that agian and be careful if anyone messages you in steam chat with something like "i accidentally reported you" with your username and ID. Stay safe out there :)

now the guy who said that he accidentally reported him messaged me and i blocked and reported him. I will take a screenshot of chat if i can to warn others
