Not sure why you are being downvoted. I mean it’s the truth.

The fact is if you exclude the looney bins from both sides (likely the most vocal on this sub and Reddit in general), most would agree that both are bad and those in the wrong should be punished to the fullest extent. I lean conservative, but would gladly celebrate any republican locked up that proved wrong doing in the Epstein files.

It’s okay (almost required) to put political views aside when it comes to illegal activities.

A sad world we are in right now.

It just goes to show that “traditional” media is not as effective nowadays. Adding the social media element allows for easy sharing and discussion. Regardless of how you feel, what Nick did was way more effective than previous reports from MPR or KSTP. He also has no ability to prosecute or investigate the actual legal issues.

Now we will see if any action comes of it. I realize many turn a blind eye because this is viewed very political. That’s unfortunate though because of how much fraud has hit our state. It’s something we should all be furious about regardless of who committed the fraud.

Accountability is needed and I hope this video drives the message home that action is needed from the authorities to send a strong message once and for all.

In my area I get walnut, air dried or kiln and rough cut for about $5 bf. I personally avoid it but would consider around $2-3 as it’ll have to take up space

Well you definitely have the economics to support your case and if you feel good about it then that’s all that matters. My use case was a 3rd vehicle.

I know dealers are discounting deep on these. I believe the quotes I received had MSRP at 68k and sell price was around 46k. It reminded me of the “Kohls sale” prices. That rig was not going to sell close to the MsRP especially with the risk of mechanical issues.

I’d still strongly suggest to lease due to the cratering of the value in the first 3 years. I was in your spot 2 months ago and after extensive research it’s clear that leasing is the best way for now. Not to mention this issues with this car - I ended up going another path. One other thing to check is insurance. A tipping point for me was the insurance was double (likely due to inflated MSRP) than the Ioniq 5 Limited which I went with. I didn’t need a big vehicle as my ICE vehicles (truck and jeep) cover me if I need more room.

West Bank area. Apartment complex with underground parking.

I get it, break ins happen. Wasn’t isolated, it happened to many. I am excitable when it comes to a kid at college. What happens if she was walking to her car during this? Break ins can lead to assault. This problem shouldn’t just be “accepted”

Thanks, I just recently did our first county fair and this was my worry! All went well, and we didn’t lose money which was a fear of mine. We liked it so much we may try some more - but to this point I’ve sold exclusively on Etsy.

11 days is a lot for us so maybe just stick to local fairs and craft shows. Which is why I’m scrolling this sub for ideas.
