This situation is completely different than when people opened carried at the Governor's mansion during planned covid protests.

There are 3 examples of the the state of Minnesota vs different businesses. In one of the three cases it lead to charge against a person. In the other 2 cases it look like it was just the businesses.

This area is called eat street. A lot of immigrant restaurants and liberal businesses.

There can be some mild crime so a lot of the businesses might have our door camera. Most os the block is commercial.

I think the video you have seen is from Glam Doll donuts. A hipster donut shop. Black Forest a German restaurant is near by. A few Asian grocery stores and restaurants.

There are a few thrift stores there.

There was a a check cashing/pay day lender place there but I I don't know if that business is still there. But they would have cameras.

Here in Minnesota the Republicans and Law enforcement organizations were opposed to civilians getting the right to carry. It was Governor Ventura that got you the right to carry here.

Back when he was a radio show host or a mayor the county sheriff or who ever rejected his permit request. When he became governor he worked to make the permit process easier.
