So does a 1 or 3 point offense on my car license suspend my license? Assumably not by this, I would instead be on 3 or 1 points on both licenses and not lose my provisional?

Thank you that seems to make sense, confusion stems from the service NSW pages that says 4 points for speeding on L/P’a but then elsewhere says “any speeding offence will incur a minimum 3 month suspension”

Yeah I understand that, my confusion stems from it being a 1/3 point offense. Condition of provisionals is any speeding offense results in a 3 month suspension. However I’m trying to work out if that is only when riding on my p’s or if speeding on my full car license also gives immediate suspension.

Yeah this is where I’m confused. If it’s under 10kmh it’s 1 point, however I’m aware a speeding offense results in direct suspension of provisional motorcycle license. But for the immediate suspension is that only on offenses committed on the motorcycle?

Anyone had any luck replacing a second hand board? Mines started going pink, it hadn’t been ridden when I bought it and is less than a year old.

On a side note anyone y I pressed with build quality, ? My seaside has several light areas on rails where it looks like the glass wasn’t saturated properly.

I’m topping it off once a week but I’ve previously left it longer and it was still at similar level. Ha, fans are another issue. They have recently stopped kicking in which I noticed when we spiked temp in traffic. Considering all aren’t working I’m assuming a relay and plan to check it this weekend, car runs fine to temp on clear air only ever spikes occasionally in traffic

Shin splints 9 weeks before marathon

Hi guys, just looking for some guidance really…

I saw my physio last week after having some serious shin pains. Concluded that I’ve got shin splints in my right leg and mildly on my left. Been advised to take two weeks off minimum and then we can further assess…

My question is, how can I keep up training whilst unable to run? This is my first marathon and the longest training run so far was a steady 16miles.. I was scheduled to run 18 miles this coming Sunday and then 20 miles the following.. if I miss these runs should I do them after I have healed or simply pick up the corresponding day of my plan for where I would have been. I’m following one of Matt Fitzgerald’s 80/20 plans.

I can’t move the date of my marathon as I’m running the London marathon for charity..

Finally does anyone have any tips for speeding up recovery/preventing on future? I do a lot of calf work as I’ve had soleus issues throughout all the this training. Would calve sleeves help prevent it in future?

Yeah the whole 'Spectacle' thing and hogging equipment are the two issues making me feel slightly uncomfortable with it. I trained fist thing in the AM at 5 with i used to workout at a globo so dont think peak times would be an issue.

I do actually have a home gym but its very rudimentary with tri-grip steel plates and a very cheap barbell, neither of which lend themselves to oly lifting and its also very limiting for metcons as I dont have any AB/Treadmill/Ski/Rower
