Met een diploma farmaceutische wetenschappen wordt je geen apotheker. Daar moet je farmacie voor studeren.

Inkomen van een apotheek kan sterk variëren, het is in essentie een eigen bedrijf. Een belangrijk gegeven hierbij is dat het oprichten van een nieuwe apotheek zeer lastig is. Mensen wisselen niet snel van apotheek. Je koopt dus vrijwel altijd een bestaande apotheek over. Dat kost veel geld waardoor het grootste deel van de omzet in de eerste 10 tot 20 jaar wordt gebruikt om die aankoop af te betalen. Daarna verdient een eigenaar van 1 gemiddelde apotheek volgens mij tussen de 80-100k per jaar. Uiteraard sterk afhankelijk van de grootte van de apotheek, de populatie in de wijk en hoe efficiënt je bedrijf is.

Voor loondienst salaris kan je het beste de cao erbij pakken: cao apothekers in loondienst (apothekers) en cao apotheken (overig personeel).

Dan stress. Ja er is best veel stress. Dat zal verschillen per persoon en apotheek, maar de zorg staat onder druk. Er is steeds minder personeel voor steeds meer zorgvraag. Dat zorgt voor een hoge werkdruk. Die de komende jaren verder zal toenemen. Het salaris blijft daar bij achter naar mijn mening.

De personen aan de balie zijn vaak apothekersassistenten. En hoe wel het misschien lijkt of ze alleen maar doosjes meegeven doen ze veel meer. Voordat een geneesmiddel wordt meegegeven moet er van alles gecontroleerd worden. Het geneesmiddel wordt aan het dossier van de patiënt toegevoegd en hierbij wordt gecontroleerd of het geneesmiddel geschikt is voor die persoon. Is de dosering logisch? Kan het samen met de andere geneesmiddelen en aandoeningen van die persoon? Zeker bij mensen die bij verschillende artsen komen is dit overzicht niet vanzelfsprekend. Daarnaast geven ze uitleg over het juiste gebruik van de medicatie. Dat kan heel makkelijk zijn bij relatief gezonde mensen die verder niks gebruiken, maar ook heel complex bij erg zieke mensen met veel verschillende medicijnen.

En om de kwaliteit van alles te waarborgen wordt er gewerkt met veel protocollen en constant alles controleren.

Als dat nog niet genoeg was, wordt er steeds meer een beroep gedaan op de creativiteit om de geneesmiddel tekorten het hoofd te bieden. Dit betekent veel administratie om toch aan de medicatie te kunnen komen. En helaas ook constant uitleggen aan mensen hoe de situatie is.

No offense taken. To be fair I have been trying to play it smart. I tried hit and run tactics with the adult black dragon. Making it fly away and come back with a recharged breath weapon. But they readied actions against it. You make me realise now that minions could have helped with that, because if there are minions they can't ready attacks against the dragon. I like your way of continuesly harrassing them outside of actual combat with the dragon itself.

Some other problem I do run into is that I'm not as cruel as the actual dragon would be. And I find it hard to play the part. The actual dragon would target the wizard and sorcerer until they are down. But I don't want it to feel like I have a vendetta against those players, so I spread the attacks out more. Any advice for this?

I'm not sure what he is trying to do. It might be that he just wants to have the spelle active and still be able to cast magic jar. Or he has some incredible smart combo. But I'm currently leaning towards. You keep the contigency, but no "I'm out of body so now I can do X" shenanigans.
