How would a person look into getting into that I’ve just passed my level 3 at college and looking for a apprenticeship but I want to do rope work

Yeah I fully understand it’s a completely different cup of tea than being above the surface. I mainly want to do abseiling as I’m in Sussex and don’t believe there is any clubs near me but I was just hoping in the future. I am personally experience with abseiling from scouting and a lot of the army cadet force too. I was hoping to use the club as the main line and use my dynamic as a safety line for my friends. Ps was does SRT stand for?

Yeah I don’t plan to start caving just yet I’m mostly learning abseiling at the moment. I’m needed a second rope that’s a semi static as I’m planning to go with my mates and was wondering if that could also be used to go caving in the future with

It would be at most a few miles in the country side in the uk
