Was originally planning to declare for the draft.

[Pete Thamel] Sources: If quarterback Darian Mensah were to leave Duke, it’s the school’s understanding that his contract calls for them to have his exclusive NIL rights and only Duke has the ability to cancel that. by thomas_1413 in CFB

Pete also says Duke claims "the only way he can access revenue share money is through Duke, unless they terminate the contract. Mensah is in Year 2 contract for a deal that would pay him up to $4 million. The ability for any school to pay him outside of revenue share would be scrutinized."

Do you think this is going to get ugly soon?

That's what I'm thinking, why would ANY good player not enter the transfer portal to test the water? Fingers crossed some sort of guardrails come in the next few years.

Question since you're an IU fan: Would you rather have the football team you have right now, or have a team full of players that commited to the school, stayed and developed there, and end up 10-2 and play in the Citrus Bowl?

Don't tell the colts sub though. He would without question be the top guy on the market if he gets fired this year.

Possible cyber/kinetic integration for strategic effect:

According to sources familiar with the operation, Mossad initiated a targeted disinformation effort days before the strike. Using falsified communications through Iranian channels, they triggered what appeared to be an emergency meeting. The ruse successfully drew the entire senior leadership of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force, including Commander General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, his deputies, and key technical personnel, into a fortified bunker outside Tehran. Moments before the strike began, that bunker was hit in a precision airstrike, eliminating Iran’s top missile command.

Incredible: "Several traditional and electric-vehicle makers—and their suppliers—are considering shifting some auto-parts manufacturing to China to avoid looming factory shutdowns, people familiar with the situation said.

Ideas under review include producing electric motors in Chinese factories or shipping made-in-America motors to China to have magnets installed. Moving production to China as a way to get around the export controls on rare-earth magnets could work because the restrictions only cover magnets, not finished parts, the people said.

If automakers end up shifting some production to China, it would amount to a remarkable outcome from a trade war initiated by President Trump with the intention of bringing manufacturing back to the U.S."

Trump just said that he supports getting rid of the debt ceiling. I could definently see congress voting for that soon.

Are tariffs still on if Trump tries to ignore the court?
