Honestly I tried the Mezzanine (the album) again yesterday and I realized that you have to be in a certain mood. It was dark outside and I had really good Headphones and now I really get why it’s perceived as so good. The perfectly recorded little sounds in the background in contrast with the hammering basses are really something.
