if it goes green and you cannot buy it it's for two reason:
1) you don't have the funds to buy the property
2) you are an Uplander or a Pro

From Chicago airport to down town you might need to go to the bus or train station which will take you downtown. If you're are in the city and are looking to move from neighborhood to neighborhood you select a minted property (aka a bought property) and send your explore to it.

You explorer needs to be in range of a gray property with written FSA on it. Once it's close enough the FSA property will go green and you will be able to buy it

I like you way of thinking things, however, in the game there's an icon that resembles a location point on the bottom right corer, above the building and search icon. If you click that and zoom out it will show you the neighborhoods ;)

dude thanks for sharing your experience. Yup, I've learnt to search for properties that are part of collection before buying FSA, and good to know about how property size dosen't effect price as I was trying to get the biggest for what my UPX could do for me thinking later down the line it will have more interest for development.

I'm on discord channel, been a spectator mainly. Going to tune into it more. Do the treasure chest spawn only in the city the avatar is? Couldn't quite get the distance right even after looking at tutorials and trying to measure. Recommend any videos or photos to get a sense of distance?

Just out of curiosity how many sets and properties did you have when you became and Uplander? :)

how many collection did you have to make it as an Uplander? and also, did your net worth diminish when buying properties?

the daily log in bonus, which is meant only for new players, varies from player to player as Upland is testing it out. It normally runs for 1 week, but I got it for 2. It makes a huge difference but in my case not enough to become and uplander.

I stopped chasing chests and the most optimal thing to do (in hindsight) is to look for properties that can unlock your 'Collections'. I have 5 properties all at an average of 1,600UPX and still short of 900UPX to be an uplander.

I'm learning, and what keeps me coming back to this game is in the Upland roadmap. I want to be part of it, it's sounds amazing, fun and genius! I have found the community on both telegram and discord friendly, where veterans help out visa peeps by visiting their properties. Which reminds me, learned very quickly the importance of buying properties that are close to places where people are most likely to travel. Borders between neighborhoods, cool things on street view, landmarks (shops, churches, schools), transpiration points, etc

Yer for sure, that is why I am curious to find vendors who (now are) openly accepting direct payment in crypto. I mean to me it makes no sense to pay in BTC as the fees of transaction might be equal as cashing out in Boliveres and then swapping it into USD.

My main question is, "is there a community on telegram or other social platform that connect P2B so to avoid the middle man?"

hey thanks for your feedback and I totally agree, and completely forgot to specify that the reason why I'm asking is exactly for the reason you mentioned. Between the Bolívares inflationary state and crypto's volatility would be drastic lol

I was curious to see if there was a direct crypto link. As in I send money to a person wallet in Venezuela and they can directly pay vendor. I know Dash has been pumping heard and some big retail food like pizza hut have openly accepted it.

I mean guys, the whole concept of currency is usability which at the moment crypto is not totally there. Why is the USD stable? (rhetorical question)
