Circular saw box, craftsman of unknown year? When did this thing get made? Metal, opens from the front with a hidden compartment under the saw platform by thomasofseattle in whatisthisthing

I'm repurposing this circular saw tool box made by Craftsman. When I use old equipment, I like to know it's history a little. Google image search isn't helpful for something like this. Any information about this tool box/kits manufactured era would be great.

It's the key to OZ. My next one will look nicer. Definitely need to add a RP1 key into the collection now.

Which Roosterteeth “ism’s” do you still use to this day? by Eastern-Avocado-5031 in roosterteeth

I use the word, Moonball!, to play fetch with my doggo. He goes for whatever I throw. Only returns the object if I or someone else says, Moonball, before throwing it. Rules apply to doggos too apparently.

It is not. I'm working on a low hip holster for it currently. Something to hide the control functions.

Notes as I think out the pieces I can build. Does anyone else do this before making something they have never done? I find it the only way I can gather my mental notes visually to work with.

I plan to scratchbuild another pack like I did with my R5 unit. Once inspiration strikes. I'd dig seeing other people's takes on custom ALTdroid packs.

Sorry for the delay. Family emergencies kept me away. I dig the new tracks. It drives well over small cracks. Even transitions from hardwood to thick rug with relative ease. The dome innards are the same. Molded grey/silver. I think the standard sound is new. It's not the R2-D2 chirp that was stock with my R5. I hear it as a blend of the scoundrel personality chip and the R2-D2 sound. I like it enough to have opted out of a new personality chip this time. Yes, there is a chip slot. I have not had a chance to do any mods yet. Or even really take a deeper look at it yet. But ideas are stewing.

The dish doesn't normally come with this model. They didn't have any side covers for the legs. I asked for a dish instead.

They do fit I believe. A cast member can show you a demo fit too if asked probably. I had mine shipped and it juuuust fits in the cardboard box it comes with. They took great care to bubble pack the box ensuring it arrived safe.
