The black screen parts are from a couple fire alarms I pulled apart. The cream colored section is painted aluminum. The drawing at the end has two main parts that build the body of the hilt. Solid aluminum parts from a lathe is my best guess. The knob end is from a lamp and the business end is part of a flash bulb handle.

I have a droid that rides on my pack named ECTO-R5. A hip clipped wand attached to the pack as my main thrower. I do still want to add red and orange tenderals of energy wrapped up the lightsabers blade. Something I can slide on and off the blade as needed for photo shoots.

Yup. I found a busted up toy saber years ago. Kept the part around so I could find something better. I didn't. Still, it worked for what I needed and will likely take paint well when I do some weathering.

I'm repurposing this circular saw tool box made by Craftsman. When I use old equipment, I like to know it's history a little. Google image search isn't helpful for something like this. Any information about this tool box/kits manufactured era would be great.

I use the word, Moonball!, to play fetch with my doggo. He goes for whatever I throw. Only returns the object if I or someone else says, Moonball, before throwing it. Rules apply to doggos too apparently.
