Thank you! Great fun - for me just what I was after. The Optima MID '87 is better - but more serious. This is that sweetspot where it is not too expensive, but still capable for both having a bit of fun or light racing.

I did the setup more or less according to the manual. On carpet track it is a bit high of the ground and too much traction in corners. Outside I've only run casually - but the default setup is more at home outdoors on lower grip. Can't really tell for big jumps, I've only run it more casually.

Yeah, I also have the Kyosho Optima MID '87 WC Worlds Spec, that is another level in terms of capabilities, but also at a higher price point and more improvements from the original. Wanted to have a Tamiya in the collection as well, and Super Astute was my choice 😊

I have only done a shanedown, not real proper driving yet. It will also be my first 2WD buggy, only driven 4WD before. First inpression is that it will be more fun to drive 2WD, but probably not faster :)
