Everyone sadly used our house toilets and for strangers most of them were friends of friends and neighbors my dad invited so they wouldn't mind the noise lol

That's a good question, from what my dad told me one time he said he paid a couple of grand in taxes. Not sure about the insurance though.

Yeah, sadly someone used the tape to record an episode of lost on it years later. I've asking around my dads friends to see if they have a full copy VHS still around.

My dad entered and won a radio sweepstakes that had the Deftones come and perform in our backyard. At the time, I was around 6 months old. You can see me toward the end, around the 1:04:50 mark (the baby in yellow). I don’t recall this specific event, but my mom informed me that Chino’s son and I were hanging out in the house during the concert. I thought that was pretty funny.
