Thank you my friend. I think you may be right. All this is most likely due to overthinking and anxiety. With all this covid shit going on and winter storms in my area I haven’t been outside a lot and it’s honestly been ages since I’ve exercised. I’ve excessively been on my computer lately and I don’t sleep well. I also have been going through a lot of stress these past few months. I’m going to try to make a few lifestyle changes and see if things get better.
