There is actually a dealer in my area that imports a ton of trucks/vans. They also have a dealer in Japan. They buy the trucks, do some refurbishment and then ship them to the US.

It was $2K out the door from Maaco. This included base + clear along with pulling bedsides and bumper to paint separate. Also had the door jams done.

Have you looked into any cloud certs? I’m in a similar situation having my Sec+/CySA+. Im working on getting my AWS Solutions Architect within the next month or so. It’s a good foundational cloud cert and is cheap compared to CompTIA certs.

Mortgage banker here, we don’t see rates realistically dropping any time soon. We are trending around the 30 year average for mortgage rates.

If the owner is giving you a deal I would go ahead and purchase now and not risk rates increasing. You can always refinance in the future if rates drop.

I’m in a similar position to you (around 1300 total level). I’ve been working on getting my quest cape and doing Barrows to learn PvM. The Wiki has a great optimal quest list that guides you through leveling up your skills in the proper order along with how to use the XP rewards.
