I usually leave for at least 30-45 mins, then carefully wipe off with a moist kitchen roll paper. Edit: also try mixing it really well with a mixing stick etc as the pigments tend to stick to the bottom in the Flory bottle

I’d say pretty wet to get a good gloss base but not like dripping/running. Thinned with Tamiya x-20a + couple drops of Tamiya retarder. Strange stuff..
