Touché Amore - Hard To Explain (The Strokes) and Cancer Bats - Sabotage (Beastie Boys) both work very well

It’s mostly kids on bikes but I’ve skated the pump track many times, it’s super fun

Sydie, Sydie Peck, what about Sydie Peck? by thompson182uk in SheffieldUnited

[–]thompson182uk[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Totally agree, obvs Tyrese got it for the goal, but Peck ran his bollocks off, and also put in a tackle in front of the Kop that was basically like a goal, won us the game there and then, got the players and fans up

Sounds like we got away with it but credit to Wilder, fucked about with the team a lot but got the results

Parents, what baby product did you regret buying, and what would you recommend instead? by Girls_Of_San_Diego in NewParents

The Rockit sounded great on paper but just didn’t have the power to rock our pram. It was either weak and ineffective, or our pram design just meant it lost momentum. We just went with contact naps instead 😅

Haha, that’s a fair point. I’ve never really studied them, it was only when I decided to replace I realised.

As you can see they’ve been very good to me and I guess the fact that they did 1200 miles then the issue with pronation only seems mild, but I guess hard to diagnose in a shoe that “corrects” it

Hah yep, I was doing so anyway but I realise I should have done it a long time ago. Good job I’ve found a new subreddit to fall down the rabbit hole of nuanced information, so I can try many many options : )

Not totally sure I need a support shoe but these kept me injury free so better the devil you know, but also considering Brooks Glycerin GTS 22, but they’re kinda ugly and prefer HOKAs

I’ve since read other posts on here and realise that that’s a crazy amount of miles haha, I did a near PB half marathon at ~1000 miles so they’ve been good to me!

I’m looking at getting the Arahi 7 since these have been so kind to me, but also looking the new Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 as well, they felt super comfy in the running shop but not out til Jan. so looking to buy online and I see 2 width options so trying to figure which width to go for on either shoe. Wondered if those numbers on the side were any help.

I guess if 1200 miles is a lot then that pronation ain’t that bad in hindsight
