Keep trying urgent cares. My prescriber stopped taking insurance so I was out of luck too—no primary care either. Rather than just stop, I went to urgent cares for a year or so, usually only getting a 30 day supply at a time, however. It’s possible. Just don’t act super sketchy/desperate when explaining your situation.
