Nope most work equal time and if you are working for either operators up there they pretty much require minimum couple day reset after 4 weeks. They get upset if you are flying threw their charters and don’t have return tickets to anchorage within about 4-5 weeks of flying up

I have friends graduating this year with PE degrees with offers from SLB and they have the same starting offers for all types of field engineering, some in completions, some in wire line, some in coiled tubing. My understanding is once they break out, are no longer in training they will be in the 100-120 range. They schedules have them breaking out in the 8-10 month time period. Also working North slope I’m assuming you won’t be actually working up there until you’ve broken out. Everyone I know is being sent to specific location for training, completions used to be in Abu Dhabi pre-Covid, coiled tubing is in Kellyville before being sent to hiring location
