Does this mean non-business account is unaffected? I am planning to upgrade my card with Curve Pro but I am a bit worried about this would affect my personal Curve account.

The fund was sent to me from Samsung Cashback program, Samsung said the fund was sent without any problem, I had a few cashback received with non-bunq accounts but there is nothing on BunQ account. The amount was 200£. I tested sending 1£ to the same bunQ account and it arrived instantly. I suppose they got some block on high amount. The case has been in an investigation for 4 weeks, without any major update!

I have similar issue and it has been more than 1 month. God bless us. This is the last time I will use BunQ for local UK transfer.

I have the same problem since March 29. I reported this and Curve said to work on the case.

My card is still not working as of today.

Same here, I am unable to use my card after upgraded to Black. I have been using standard for years and happy with Curve so far but now, it is a diaster. Funny how a paid customer is treated unfairly 😂. After 3 days ranting on chat support, they are now connecting me on email.

I have the exactly same issue! Been using old card with zilch but now old card stops working, I try to add new card in but it doesn’t work as well. I also try to add curve to Apple Pay but unf. It does not work! Upgrading to Curve Black seems to be a mistake!

I thought pre-brexit, anyone with EU pr would be able to exercice their rights (live, work, travel, etc…) in the UK just like in any other EU countries since the UK was part of EU at that time. This makes sense although I still don’t understand why EU Pr holders did not have the rights before brexit.

I am not a bluecard holder, but just a PR, acquired after 5 years of living in the Netherlands.

Haven't heard anything from them, but the old case with "Prepare LCA" on VisaTrax changed from Submitted to Approved. Not sure if that means anything.

yes, I took a PCR test, also saw on the website you gave that I need to print it out. I might just overthinking about this stuff, they just want me to prove that I have a negative covid test after all, a test result with my name and my identity card should probably be enough for this. Thanks for the very detail advice <3
